Herdy Christmas Tree Topper
Top your tree with Herdy’s angelic smile this Christmas. This FREE downloadable tree topper is super easy to make and will keep little hands (and big ones!) busy in the run-up to Christmas.
What you'll need
- Printer
- Downloadable Template
- Good quality paper
- Scissors
- Craft Knife
- Cutting Board and Metal Ruler (for use with a craft knife)
- Sticky Tape
How to make your Herdy Christmas Tree Topper.
- Download and print your tree topper template using good quality paper or card if you’ve got it, using an A4 coloured printer.
- To begin, carefully cut along the dotted line around the angle Herdy and his wings using a pair of scissors.
3. Using a craft knife and mental ruler, carefully cut along the L-shaped dotted line. These will be used to insert Herdy’s golden wings.
4. Insert each golden wing into its corresponding slot and position behind Herdy’s ears. Next, lay Herdy face down and use a small piece of sticky tape to secure the wings to the body.
5. Finally, roll your Herdy Tree topper into a cone shape using the guide provided. Again, use a small piece of tape to secure it in place.
